CAR TINTS

Installing window tint can be one of the best decisions you make. Other than increasing the aesthetics of your vehicles, they can go a long way into improving your privacy while driving.Even better, window tint helps to regulate the internal heat of your car, which can easily help reduce the amount of energy you spend on cooling it during hot summer days.Since tint also helps to regulate the penetration of UV rays, they can help reduce the chances that you will develop skin cancer from excessive exposure. One aspect that can affect the effectiveness of your window tint is the level of darkness you choose to have them in, While you might want to choose excessively dark window tint, there are laws that you need to follow as well as considerations to make.

5% TINT

Five percent shade is also called "Limo Tint". This shade only allows in 5% of the available light.

20%TINT

Twenty percent window shade tint is also called "Factory Tint". Windows tinted at the time car was manufactured usually have a shade of 15% - 26%

35% TINT

Thirty-five percent shade is the maximum allowed by Michigan law.

50% TINT

Fifty percent shade blocks fifty-percent of the available light from reaching the interior of the car. It is a great option for blocking heat and ultraviolet radiation

CERAMIC

Unlike other films, it is not made of metal, nor is the film dyed to be a darker shade. This means that this film is both non-metal and does not conduct. Instead, the film is imbued with small, ceramic-based nanoparticles. Since these particles are so small, they are actually not visible to the naked eye. As a result, you have a window film that is completely clear, allowing a greater level of visibility both during the day and the night. It is tougher and more durable.

CRYSTALLINE

The Crystalline Series rejects more heat than many dark films without changing the appearance of your vehicle, making it the superior choice for comfort.

Light tint rejects up to 60% of solar energy and up to 97% of heat-producing infrared rays for the ultimate in comfort.

Designed to enhance your view by allowing visible light into your vehicle while keeping heat out, so you can see clearly and safely.

CHOOSING YOUR WINDOW TINT

Darkness is mainly about following the law. Every state has different legislation regarding tint darkness and reflection and you always want to avoid getting fined because you used tint which was too dark. That being said, most states also allow up to 50% darkness, but for most people, it’s hard to figure out exactly how much that is. window tint darkness is measured by the percent of light that passes through your windows, which is called VLT — visible light transmission.
